My Journey
For more than 20 years, I built a career in the beauty industry, including five years as a licensed Nail Technician and Esthetician. I truly enjoyed helping my clients look and feel their best, and I loved building relationships with the people I served.
As rewarding as that career was, I eventually found myself ready for a new chapter. I began asking myself an important question:
"What else do I love to do?"
The answer came quickly—travel.
I've always enjoyed planning vacations, researching destinations, comparing resorts, and putting together the details that make a trip special. Friends and family often came to me for travel ideas
I started researching how to become a travel agent, but the more I read, the more overwhelmed I became. It seemed like there were so many steps to take, and I wasn't sure where to begin. I wondered if I would need special licensing, extensive training, or years of experience before I could even get started.
Then, while continuing my research, I came across an opportunity to Become a Travel Advisor. Curious to learn more, I clicked the link and watched the official presentation. It introduced me to a different path into the travel industry and gave me the information I needed to decide whether it was the right fit for me.
Learning about this path into the travel industry gave me a new sense of excitement and direction. It allowed me to combine my passion for travel with my goal of building a home-based business that I could truly enjoy.
Through the available training and resources, I learned how to build my travel business, serve my clients, and confidently begin my journey as a travel advisor. Each step has helped me grow both personally and professionally, and I'm excited to continue learning as my business grows.
